Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by Kanha Jewellers. These terms apply to all our operations across Lakhimpur and Dhorahara — including jewellery purchase, repair services, and the Outstanding Payment ledger system.

Our Services
Kanha Jewellers provides the following services to its customers:
- diamond Jewellery Purchase & Sale — Buying and selling of gold, silver, and precious gemstone jewellery.
- build Jewellery Repair — Professional repair, restoration, and refurbishment of jewellery items.
- receipt_long Outstanding Payment Ledger — Outstanding balances arising from jewellery purchases are recorded in a ledger.
We do not offer standalone personal loans or cash lending services. The ledger system is applicable solely to outstanding balances from jewellery purchases.
Customer Obligations
As a valued customer of Kanha Jewellers, you are expected to observe the following responsibilities:
- check_circle Provide your correct full name, mobile number, and residential address at the time of registration.
- check_circle Notify us promptly in the event of a change in your mobile number, so that important communications continue to reach you without interruption.
- check_circle Retain your receipt and transaction ID safely, as these serve as the official proof of payment.
- check_circle In the event of any dispute, approach us directly — either by visiting the store in person or by contacting us via telephone — for a prompt and amicable resolution.
Limitation of Liability
"Kanha Jewellers shall not be held liable for fluctuations in gold and silver market prices. The value of jewellery is subject to change in accordance with market demand and supply conditions — past valuations do not constitute a guarantee of future prices."
In the event that any clerical error or calculation discrepancy is identified, we are fully committed to rectifying it without delay. Please contact the store directly to have the matter resolved.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts of Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage direct dialogue as the first step in resolving any disagreement. Should direct resolution prove unsuccessful, disputes will be referred to local arbitration proceedings.
Regulatory Compliance
Kanha Jewellers operates in full compliance with all applicable trade regulations of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Government of India.
